Adobe Systems Incorporated or commonly known Adobe Systems is one of the largest USA based software companies. The company was founded by both John Warnock and Charles geschke in the year 1982 in Mountain View, California. It has its headquarters in San Jose, California and the company has a vast establishment at that place. In the year 2005, Adobe Systems acquired “Macromedia” which was USA based graphics and web development software company.

Adobe has a employee strength of nearly 6,900 and 40% of them work in San Jose. The other development centers of the company are washington, Hamburg, San Francisco, Germany, Romania. In India it has its centers at Bangalore, Noida. It had a net revenue of $3.1 billion in the year 2007. Some of the major products of the company are acrobat reader, bridge, flash player, photoshop, shockwave etc.
